Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or any issue unrelated to manufacturing defects. To help protect your investment, we recommend insuring your piano where appropriate.

The Extended Protection Plan may be added within 3 months of the original purchase date, extending your warranty coverage to a total of 5 years.

If you need to make a warranty claim, simply return the product to our service facility together with your proof of purchase (receipt) and a clear description of the issue. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team by email, and we'll guide you through the quickest and most convenient repair process.

Our product support specialists will assess the issue and, when necessary, arrange service through an authorized technician. Depending on the nature of the repair and your location, service may be carried out on-site or through one of our approved service partners. Repair times may vary depending on parts availability.

Once the repair has been completed, your piano will be carefully returned to you as quickly as possible.

If your piano develops a manufacturing defect within 6 months of the original purchase date, we'll arrange free pickup and return shipping as part of our warranty service.

Depending on your location and available service options, the piano can be collected either from your home or from a designated pickup location.

For warranty claims made after the first 6 months, a transportation fee may apply to cover pickup and return shipping costs.

This policy applies to both domestic and international orders, subject to service availability in your region.
